About
This year’s festival will highlight the ingenious and arresting work of Iranian-American composer and San Francisco resident Sahba Aminikia, who will serve as the festival’s artist-in-residence. Amaranth Quartet, Delphi Trio, and Mobius Trio, three of the Bay Area’s most impressive young ensembles to come out of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, will survey four of his emotionally poignant and musically rich works. This intimate concert will feature diverse works for solo piano, piano trio, string quartet, and guitar, and concludes with an informal conversation with Aminikia.
