Does Kronos plan to record Sun Rings by Terry Riley?
Kronos would love to record Sun Rings; however, a recording has not yet been scheduled. If it is released, we will send out an announcement to our e-mail list.

What is that Icelandic song I heard in concert?
This is Flugufrelsarinn (The Fly Freer) by the Icelandic rock band Sigur Rós, arranged for Kronos by Stephen Prutsman. We have not released a recording of this song at this time. However, the piece can be heard online as part of NPR's Creators at Carnegie radio program.

Do you accept unsolicited compositions?
Kronos does accept unsolicited compositions, but note that any material submitted will not be returned.
Although scores are acceptable, recordings are much preferred. Please send your package to our office address.
Because of the volume of submissions, we cannot acknowledge receipt of your package.
Please include your contact information, so that we can reach you if there is interest in adding your work to the repertoire.

Can you send me sheet music for a piece in the Kronos repertoire?
We are not music publishers, and are therefore not allowed to send out copies of music in our library for other groups' use. Please contact the publisher of the piece you're interested in for scores and parts.

Where can I find the publisher?
If you have a recording, check the CD booklet or the face of the CD itself, as the publisher should be listed. You can try searching the ASCAP and BMI databases for contact information.

Can you send me sheet music for your arrangement of Purple Haze?
The arrangement of Purple Haze is unpublished and unavailable for distribution.

Frank Zappa wrote a piece titled None of the Above for Kronos, but it has not been recorded. There are no plans to record any of Frank Zappa's works at this time.
