Leeds Concert - SOLD OUT

Kronos’ concert in Leeds—one of the many stops in our upcoming UK Tour—is now officially sold out! A big thank you to our Leeds fans for all your support, and for those of you in the area who can’t make it, we hope you can still meet us at our other Northern England show in Manchester just an hour away.

Join us on May 9 as we kick off the tour at the Barbican Centre in London, where we’ll be bringing several of Kronos’ Fifty for the Future pieces to the UK for the first time. New “Big Star’s Third” Date Added

In addition to the Big Star’s Third show we’ll be playing in Glendale, CA next week, we’re now joining the all-star band to perform Big Star’s “Third” in San Francisco this weekend as well! Join us at The Fillmore this Sunday, April 24th at 8pm (doors at 7pm) to celebrate this tremendous album.

Fifty for the Future at Carnegie Hall

In concurrence with the first release of Fifty for the Future materials today, we’re concluding our weeklong intensive workshop at Carnegie Hall’s (Lead Partner) Weill Music Institute with a concert this evening, in which the three participating ensembles—the Argus, Friction, and Ligeti Quartets—perform the Fifty for Future pieces they’ve been working on with us all week, along with three movements from Terry Riley’s epic “Salome Dances for Peace.”
