On April 9, 16, 23 & 30th, Abolition Apostles, a national jail and prison ministry, will host Abolition 2021, a virtual concert benefit to support families of people incarcerated at Louisiana State Penitentiary, otherwise known as Angola. Produced by musicians Jolie Holland, Johanna Samuels, and Peter Matthew Bauer, the benefit will launch Abolition Apostles’ fundraising campaign to open a hospitality house to welcome friends and family visiting loved ones incarcerated at Angola.
Kronos will be featured on the April 9th show; thanks Jolie for inviting us! Benefit tickets are $20 for one night, $50 for all four.
