Out today is new piece by Sahba Aminikia—performed by Kronos with visuals by Pinar Demiral—honoring Nasrin Sotoudeh, an Iranian human rights lawyer who was wrongfully sentenced to 38 years of prison and 148 lashes for defending women’s right to choose their own attire.
